PAC events are mostly focused on fundraising and are masterminded, organized and executed by parents, with the approval of the school administration. Past events have been Lunar New Year, movie nights, direct fundraising, etc. We welcome all suggestions from everyone!
Families are under no obligation to participate in any fundraising events and no child will ever be left out of activities or school events due to financial reasons. If any parents have some free time, we always need help with PAC events and activities.

Each year, our teachers and students benefit from additional funds to pay for projects and activities that enhance their learning experiences. Since we are restarting all our pre-covid activities. Please help us with a donation!!!
We are appealing to our community for the coming school year. Our hope is to support student learning with funding to improve accessibility to technology resources, community learning opportunities and field studies and upgrade equipment across subject matter areas and extracurricular areas (clubs, athletics, outdoor learning spaces, etc.); to support Reconciliation, Mental Health, and Anti-Racism initiatives in the school. And, so much more….
The PAC now receives funding requests approaching $50,000 annually and so have set our target to meet that need. We know that with your help, we can achieve our goal of $50,000!
The PAC organizes a few fundraising opportunities and the primary, most efficient one is the annual Direct Donation drive. We are suggesting families, when able, donate $100 per student. Every dollar counts and will be gratefully received. Thank you for your generous family’s and extended family donation!!
A tax receipt can be issued for donations of $20 or more. Please include your name and address if you would like a receipt. Note: The receipt will be sent by the VSB automatically when you do it with “SchoolCashOnline”. If you would like your donation to support a specific item, such as the graduation dinner & dance or school team uniforms, club fees etc., please specify in the comments box at the time of donation.
